All camping pitches will be marked out when you arrive you will be shown were to pitch you tent. If you do not erect your tent in the right pace you will be asked to move it. We have to take into account the risk of fire and safety of the others camping with you. The campsite pitch includes a maximum of 4 people to stay plus parking for 1 vehicle. If you are going to exceed 4 people per camping pitch you will have to book another pitch. The pitch is for one tent only and any extra space needed needs to be booked and paid for separately.
We ask that all noise and lights is kept to a minimum after 11.00pm (do need to confirm time), to respect our neighbours and not forgetting that we are in the middle of the countryside. We will have a restriction of being able to move your vehicle off the site after a certain time unless it is an emergency, vehicles that are not on the site will have to be left on the lane at the side at the owners own risk.
No fires or fireworks will be permitted on the site.
Children are more than welcome on the site but must be supervised at all times.
Dogs are also welcome on the site but they are the owners responsibility at all times. They must be kept on a lead and under control at all times as there will be livestock in neighbouring fields. Dog fouling should be cleaned up straight away and disposed of correctly, otherwise you may be asked to leave the site.
You are responsible for your own health and safety, camping equipment, vehicle and any other property that you bring with you or anybody in your party brings with you.
We accept no liability, injury loss or damge to any person or property occupying or using any part of the campsite however caused.
Any person in breach of the booking conditions or campsite rules may be asked to leave at the discretion of the owners. No refund will be given. Any person found to be causing offence to other guests on the campsite may also be asked to leave again with no refund.
We may at any point change the terms and conditions at our discretion.
